I love to teach people to make nutritious meals that will satisfy them and give them lots of energy to meet the demands for their days.
This is one of my favorite breakfast bowls. It is a bed of brussel sprouts and arugula topped with jicama, quinoa, avocado, egg and spicy nuts.
I like my smoothies in a bowl. If you prefer, you can also drink this delicious smoothie made with frozen mango, power greens, ground flax seeds, hemp protein, and coconut milk. It is topped with fresh mango, blueberries, and pomegranates.
I love to cook and experiment with making super-healthy ingredients super delicious. This veggie pie has a layer of tomatoes on the top and bottom and is filled with eggplant, panko breadcrumbs and parmesan. It has become a family favorite.
